KINGS OF PAEONIA. Patraos, circa 335-315 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 10.85 g, 9 h), Astibos or Damastion. Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. [YOA]ꟼTAΠ Paeonian horse­man, wearing crested helmet and full armor, galloping right and spea­ring fallen enemy; to lower left, boukranion. Paeonian Hoard 227 (same dies). Peykov E2190. An attractive piece with a powerful reverse. Minor edge split and with cleaning scratches on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
